You have questions, we have answers

Yes, based on your account profile a monthly limit on total cards reload may exists, these limits are based on your account standing. The load limit is a combined value for Visa, Master and Digital Cards. BSICards reserves all rights to place limits on your account without any prior notification.

Starting up on BSICards takes as fast as you want it to, but ideally an average of 2 days. Some companies have done it in less and some in more. The longevity is up to you but all APIs will be available to you within 5 - 10 hours of compliance approvals and fee payments.

All cards are charged an issuance fee and minimum $10 to be loaded at the time of issuance.

Yes, when you sign up first you will be provided with test keys, once your integration is complete you can apply for Go Live.

As a reseller you will be authorized to resell our cards to other site owners, you will have a special pricing, whitelabel issuing platform and APIs, reseller giftcard application. Your base plan remains as selected and monthly charges would continue to apply as per base plan.

You need to maintain a balance in your wallet account, Fund load request are visible in your dashboard and you need to approve them in order to be loaded on the card. Minimum load is $10, any amount loaded below $10 would incur an additional 0.5% low load fees.

We do not determine exchange rates for you.The banks determine them at prevaling market rates

You can load your wallet balance with USDT, Credit can take upto 24hours to be available.

BSICards does not offer any refund policy, Once payments are made towards reloading your wallet balances, no refunds can be made. The balances have to be utilized by loading the cards.

BSICards is a financial technology company that acts as a card program distributor, but not a bank. Banking services are provided by licensed banks and electronic money service providers.

The cards are issued by a licensed bank and Member of the FDIC pursuant to license by Mastercard International Inc and Visa U.S.A. Inc.

BSICards has issuing partnership agreements with multiple bank partners in different countries and this is how we're able to issue cards across multiple countries.
